If you like holiday cottages by the sea and luxury self-catering then you have found the perfect retreat. Midwood Cottage is newly refurbished in April 2010 and sleeps 2 people (there is also a sofa bed). It has a large king size bed with en-suite shower-room. There is a gorgeous lounge-diner and a modern fully fitted kitchen area. Outside there is a large garden with a separate private patio area for guests of the Cottage with views to the River Aln. It is just 5 minutes walk to local pubs, tea shops and restaurants in the village centre.

This gorgeous holiday cottage will sleep 5 (there is also a sofa bed). There is a huge lounge, with comfortable seating for 9, a wood-burning stove, a sunny conservatory and an open plan dining area. Baskets with logs are provided FOC. There are 2 pretty bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other has a double bed and a handy single full sized bunk above. A large, modern, fully equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom.
Outside there is a sunny private patio area with garden furniture for the sole use for the guests of the Lodge. There is a huge garden and a fantastic tree house for children to play in.
