Midwood Lodge has been completely refurbished in April 2010 to a very high standard. The property is surrounded by a beautiful, large secluded woodland garden with 2 patio areas and a fantastic tree house.
The Lodge is the larger of the 2 properties and has shared parking for 5 vehicles in the private drive.

Taken as a whole this splendid holiday lodge can be opened up to form one large holiday let if requested. Otherwise there are 2 internal locked doors which separate the 2 holiday cottages.
Each cottage has a front and back door entrance.

The location of the property near to the sea-side makes this coastal cottage great family holday accommodation. Midwood Lodge sleeps 5 (plus 2 on sofa bed)

The stylish, impressive lounge is open plan and has a wood burning stove. Wood is provided for your stay.There is a flat screen 32 inch TV with Freeview and a DAB radio with ipod docking station.

The lovely red sofa will convert in to a double bed settee.

Free fuel is supplied for the cosy wood burning stove.

The elegant dining area has seating for 6 - 8 people.
A travel cot and high chair are available.

The pretty master bedroom is decorated in subtle hues of beige and has a king size bed with ample storage in wardrobes and drawers

The second beroom has a triple bunk which consists of a double bed below and a single bed above. It can be used by a couple or possibly 3 children.

The beautiful sunny conservatory is south facing. It has a chaise lounge bed which will convert in to a sngle bed. There is also a comfortable poang chair with footstool and access to the patio area for eating outside.

The patio furniture will seat 6 - 8 people comfortably.

The modern fully equppied, large kitchen, includes a washer-dryer, an electric cooker and electric hob, a microwave and dishwasher.

The attractive bathroom has an over-head shower and electric point for shaving.

The large private garden is enclosed and it has a private patio area for each cottage. There are mature trees and plants including part of the Aln Wood. There are no formal boundaries in the property gardens and it is shared by both Midwood cottage and Midwood lodge.

The entrall hallway has ample storage for boots and coats and space for a buggy or childrens play things.

There are double inter-conecting doors which are locked but can be opened when hiring the Lodge and Cottage together.
